Project Speed is a movement-based platformer where the character, currently, tries to travel as far right as they can while avoiding some basic traps. Supports both keyboard and controller.

The future of this project, if developed, would see the addition of: 

  • momentum-based resource gathering,
  • slow-mo hacker mode which lets you manipulate the environment,
  • a small town with NPC dialogue progression and missions.
  • 2 additional stages,
  • Upgrade trees and other perks.
  • End-of-Stage events,
  • And probably whatever the feature creep would pull.

If these features get added is very nebulous right now. I plan to continue working in the games industry, but more critically I have other projects I think are more competitive, likely to succeed and easier to execute.
